Insulation

Offers twice the insulating value of a door with common polystyrene insulation. Polyurethane boasts important advantages over polystyrene. Its high density composition delivers higher R-value per inch of thickness. Polyurethane offers great resistance to moisture reducing the risk of mold or mildew. It also possesses dimensional stability and will not soften or melt, remaining strong even at elevated temperatures.

Premium quality in every layer

We use the finest quality Canadian galvanized steel finished with primer and exterior polyester paint top coats. The paint acts as a barrier protecting the underlying zinc coating. The finished product delivers unmatched quality and extends the life of your garage door.

A Thermal-Break separates the outside and inside steel skins to reduce cold/heat conductivity and stops frost and moisture from collecting on the inside of the door.

Hardware

Only heavy duty hardware with top quality nylon rollers are used to ensure long life and smooth quiet operation. Computer balanced oil tempered torsion springs, steel bearings and die cast cable drums are used for ease of operation. Corrosion resistant galvanizing is used on all steel parts to reduce the possibility of rusting.

We design and manufacture all hardware components to ensure optimum strength, durability and smooth operation of the complete door system. Our hardware is amongst the highest gauge and strongest steel in the market.

Weather-Stripping

Exterior grade double finned perimeter steel/vinyl weather-stripping provides excellent protection from outside elements as well as a crisp finishing touch to the perimeter of your door.

Decorative Windows

Snap-in design offers easy access for window cleaning and the versatility to change the design without replacing the glass unit. The inserts are treated with UV protection paint to help prevent fading. Our decorative design windows are offered with sealed glass units with inlaid muntin bars.

Embossed Wood Grain Panel

Blend the beauty of wood grain with the durability of steel. Unique embossed raised panel design adds visual quality and character to the exterior of your home and blends well with almost any architectural design.

Weather Seal in Between Sections and on Floor

Air and wind infiltration is eliminated by the use of a continuous weather seal inserted between each section. Arctic grade vinyl bulb-shaped floor seal conforms to minor floor irregularities providing protection against penetration of outside air, dust, dirt and moisture.

Virtually Maintenance Free

Finished with a factory applied, baked-on, two-coat exterior polyester paint finish on both sides giving years of maintenance free operation. The continuous seamless steel inside skin brightens the interior of the garage and is easy to keep clean. The exterior may be finish painted to any colour.

CFC and HCFC Free Polyurethane Core

Provides superior strength, excellent energy efficiency and is highly dent resistant due to the high tensile steel backed by rigid polyurethane foam.

Warranty

The complete door is covered by a warranty against workmanship and material plus a 15 year warranty against cracking, splitting or deterioration due to rust.
